30/365

Another beautiful day in GA!!  We played outside all day.  Daddy had a lot of help washing his truck.  The boys loved the bounce house and Charlie had a little t-ball practice with Daddy.  I only wish it was still Saturday :)

29/365

What a beautiful day!!  I can handle 65 degree weather all the time!!  We went to the Yellow River Game Ranch as a family today... the boys loved it.  I am sure you can see the matching t-shirts, well, Chad brought the boys home some t-shirts from his business trip to Oklahoma.  They wanted to wear them to bed last night and the first thing they asked for this morning was their new shirts.  Daddy knows what his boys will like.  They came from a restaurant called Eskimo Joes.  And we ended the day having dinner with some amazing friends.  It was an awesome day!!

26/365

Today we went to the GA Aquarium!!  It was a great day.  It was quiet there for about 10 minutes and then 700 high school students arrived.  We made the best of it though.  My parents joined us and we met up with some friends.  I think we were both very thankful the Grammie and Poppy were there with us.  Poppy had all 5 children at the lunch table while the mommas bought lunch.  I don't think he wants it, but I would hire him as a nanny!!

25/365

School today!!!  I love Tuesdays!!  I finally finished unpacking.  I ended with my beach bag and I found a bag full of shells that I brought home from St. John.  It is hard to get back into the swing of things after such a long break... so I am staying at Grammie and Poppy's house tonight! :)

24/365

Finally caught up with my vacation blog posts.  Today was a good day.  It is hard to get back into the every day reality of life after such a great vacation.  We did get a little friend time today and lots of getting the house back in order, which still needs lots of work.  Charlie and Blake were very good for their Grandparents last week, I don't know what happened when mommy and daddy came home.  I guess I might have to break a few habits that were made while we were gone.

I don't feel much creativity these days as far as photos go, but these sum up our day.

23/365

I am trying to play catch up on all of our traveling days.  It is so hard to go through so many pictures and pick my favorites.  I will try during my small window at nap time.  Unpacking is never fun either...

21/365 - Island Roots

I think this was my favorite day in St. John!  We decided to spend another day out on the water and we found the best captain!!  His boat is called Island Roots, Captain John.  If you are ever in St. John you need to look him up.  We headed out in a rain storm that lasted about 5 minutes and it was beautiful sunshine the rest of the day.  We went to Virgin Gorda to see the baths, Willy T's for lunch, snorkeling in caves, and snorkeling around a rock formation called "the indians."  Each part of the trip was better than the last.  Willy T's is an old boat that was turned into a restaurant and bar.  Best chicken sandwich I have ever had.  We also jumped off the top just to say we did it!  My favorite part of the day was snorkeling in the caves.  I have never seen so much color and sea life in one place!  And, we finally saw a sea turtle!!  Great way to end our trip!

20/365 - Francis Bay / Asolare

Another day at the beach :)  Today we went to Francis Bay... beautiful once again!  I love St. John!  And tonight was our one nice dinner out night... we went to a restaurant called Asolare... very yummy!  It was a beautiful place to eat.  It overlooked Cruz Bay.  I also added a couple pictures of the sunset.  We are able to see the sun rise and set from our villa!

18/365 - Maho Bay

As far as beaches go, Maho Bay is my favorite!!  I think it will be hard to beat!  We spent the day on the beach and in the water.  The snorkeling was great at Maho.  We saw lots of stingrays, which scared us at first, but then we loved spotting them in the water.  The stingray became the mascot of our trip :)  My favorite things I saw that day were two squid!  Very cool to watch, they just kinda float in one spot.  After a long day in the sun, we went to another public shower and headed for the other side of the island to Coral Bay.  Tonight was my birthday night.  We went to Island Blues for dinner and the food was great.  We had a drink called a Category 5, which we found out you are only allowed to order 2!!  After dinner we went to the famous Skinny Legs for another drink.  It was not a cool as everyone says it is, in my opinion.

17/365 - Born to Rhumb

What a fun day!  We made it to the docks by 9:30 and set off for a full day on the boat... Born to Rhumb!  We made several stops around the island of Jost van Dyke.  We hit Foxy's, Soggy Dollar Bar, and Taboo for lunch.  We also had a little swim to Sandy Spit... the tiny island where the Corona commercials were filmed.  The best part of the day was the Pain Killers that Captain Kevin made... best drink in St. John!  We also saw a ship that sailed around the world... looked like a real pirate ship! :) We ended our day at the Banana Deck for dinner!
