150/365 - Memorial Day

We had a big family party today... always a good time!  Charlie jumped off the top of the dock... don't think he will be doing that again any time soon :)  And Blake is now jumping off the dock too!

It has been a great first day back from vacation.  I missed my boys so much and was ready to come home.  One of my best friends had a big Memorial Day party today and it was so nice to see everyone after a week away.  Charlie made a new "girlfriend."  He actually told her that she was his boyfriend, so we will have to work on that, but it was so cute to watch them interact at the dinner table!

145/365 - St. Maarten

St. Maarten is gorgeous!!  I have never been here before and I think I want to go back again soon!  We got off the ship and took a taxi to Little Divi Bay.  The resort had a restaurant and bar on the beach... nice combination for fun in the sun!

144/365 - St. Thomas/St. John

Today we spend the day in St. Thomas and St. John!  We rode the Sky Ride in St. Thomas to see all the surrounding islands.  It was beautiful but way to hot!  At 1:15 we headed for St. John... my favorite place!  After a 45 minute ferry ride with a 15 minute rain storm, and we were on the top deck.... we made it to Cruz Bay.  Then we took a 15 minute taxi ride to Trunk Bay... Paradise!!  Lindsey and I ended our day with some Painkillers at Mojo's Bar right outside the port... yum!

Today I take off for a whole week without babies and boys!!  I am heading out on a cruise tomorrow with my Gam, cousins, sister, mom, and Aunts!!!  Caribbean here I come!!

Another great day at the GA Aquarium!  We saw the dolphin show, the big tank with scuba divers, the whales, and even a little time on the play ground.  All the boys were a joy the whole time too!  Great place, great friends, and a great time... what more can you ask for?!

Today we found a new park and a nice trail to the river.  The boys LOVED all the rocks and, most of all, throwing them in the river!

Last day of school!!  It was bike day for Charlie's class... I think it was his favorite day of the year!  We are going to miss our teachers this summer and next year.  It was a lot of fun for them and me this year... bring on the hot summer sun!!

It turned out to be a beautiful day!  I thought it was going to rain today, but not a drop.  We spent the evening with some friends at their neighborhood pool for dinner.  We all had a great time!!

Another day at Grammy and Poppy's house!  This time I was there to go visit one of my best friends mom in the hospital.  She finally got her kidney transplant she has been waiting for now for 5 years!!!  She is doing great and looks awesome!  It just makes me so happy I am tearing up just thinking about it.

But, before we went to the hospital to visit... my boys enjoyed watching a squirrel eat off the bird feeder.  If only the feeder had batteries in it that squirrel would be half way across the backyard.  And, I loved this one of Blake "reading."

Another fun day at Grammy and Poppy's house.  Lunch with Aunt Linny, a little shopping, nap for Blake, Charlie played tennis with Poppy, and the boys went to the YMCA pool with Grammy.  Now it is time to relax!

Our power went out this morning and I almost freaked out... I had to get the boys to preschool and the car was in the closed garage!  It was the worst feeling when you know you are about to have a 4 hour break from the kids and then you can't get out of the house.  Luckily we live right next door to my in-laws and my father in-law does not work, so I got the kids out of the car and headed next door for some help.  He was so nice to come over and hold the garage door open so I could pull out.  I can't miss preschool unless one of my babies is sick :)  So, today was a great day after that little moment.  The boys were great today and I went out with my girlfriends for dinner!

Blake woke up from his nap in a great mood today!  He actually asked me to take his picture... so I took advantage of his happiness!  I really don't have any pictures of him in his room, so this was a great chance to capture a few before we move him to a big boy bed.

My boys got so excited today when I told them we were going to Ben's pool after nap!!  You would have thought it was Christmas morning!  It was lots of fun and the boys played really well together.  I love pool time!

Happy Mother's Day!!  I feel so blessed to have two wonderful little boys.  They melt my heart and I fall more in love with them everyday... even when I least expect it ;)  Chad and the boys made my day so special and I am one happy momma right now.  Breakfast was made for me on the dock this morning, then a long cruise on the boat, and a cookout with friends!  I hope everyone had a very special day!  I love being a mommy!

Great day!!  Started out with breakfast at Panera with all my boys.  Then a pedicure with one of my best friends.  And to finish the night, we went to a Kentucky Derby party!  It was so much fun and the best part... I picked the winning horse!  Well, no one picked the winner, but I picked the runner up and won the whole pot!  I never win anything, so now I can't say that anymore.  It was awesome!!
